These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Iskra Growth website, forms, booking pages, communications, and related services. By using this website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Business Identity

Iskra Growth provides acquisition infrastructure and marketing services for wholesale real estate businesses, real estate investors, and wholesalers. Services may include Meta ads, motivated seller funnels, CRM setup, speed-to-lead workflows, follow-up systems, pipeline tracking, reporting, and related acquisition support.

Performance Guarantee — Limited Performance Commitments

Eligible Iskra Growth client engagements may include limited performance commitments involving five qualified seller contracts during the initial 90-day term and 4x ROAS based on properly attributed total revenue. These commitments apply only when expressly included in a signed client service agreement and when the client continuously satisfies all applicable eligibility, ad-spend, market, buying-criteria, acquisition-capacity, response, follow-up, offer, CRM, tracking, attribution, documentation, access, approval, and compliance requirements.

Five Qualified Seller Contracts

A qualified seller contract must meet the lead-source, market, buying-criteria, property, seller, CRM, documentation, verification, and counting requirements established in the signed client service agreement. A signed contract is not a guarantee of closing, assignment, revenue, an assignment fee, buyer performance, seller performance, title clearance, profit, or transaction completion.

Any remedy applicable to the qualified seller contract commitment is controlled exclusively by the signed client service agreement.

4x ROAS

ROAS is calculated by dividing properly attributed total revenue by eligible Meta ad spend, subject to the attribution, revenue-recognition, documentation, timing, exclusion, and verification rules in the signed client service agreement.

If an eligible client does not achieve 4x ROAS during the initial 90-day term and has satisfied all applicable requirements, Iskra Growth will continue the applicable management services at no additional management fee until the 4x ROAS target is achieved, subject to the signed client service agreement. The client remains responsible for Meta ad spend and applicable third-party costs.

No Guarantee of Closed Deals, Assignment Fees, Profit, or Specific Revenue

Iskra Growth does not guarantee closed transactions, completed assignments, assignment fees, profit, net profit, specific revenue amounts, buyer demand, buyer performance, seller performance, title clearance, legal outcomes, transaction completion, or total business return on investment.

Marketing and acquisition results vary based on market, buying criteria, ad spend, seller behavior, client execution, follow-up discipline, compliance, competition, and other factors outside Iskra Growth's control.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Calling and following up with seller leads quickly
• Making reasonable offers when appropriate
• Updating CRM and pipeline statuses
• Maintaining required ad spend
• Providing access and approvals on time
• Using legally reviewed contracts and disclosures
• Following applicable real estate, SMS, calling, advertising, and privacy laws
• Ensuring their own transaction compliance

Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

SMS Terms

By opting into SMS messages from Iskra Growth, you agree to receive text messages from Iskra Growth at the phone number provided.

Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, follow-up messages, service-related updates, and, if separately selected, marketing messages.

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Clients are responsible for their own legal review, contracts, disclosures, seller communication practices, licensing requirements, transaction structure, and compliance with applicable state and federal laws.

Iskra Growth may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
