No Guarantee of Profit, Revenue, Assignment Fees, or Closed Deals
Iskra Growth does not guarantee closed deals, assignment fees, profit, revenue, return on investment, seller outcomes, buyer demand, title clearance, transaction completion, or legal compliance.
Marketing and acquisition outcomes vary based on market, buy box, ad spend, seller behavior, client execution, follow-up discipline, compliance, competition, and other factors outside of Iskra Growth's control.
Qualified Seller Contract Target
Where applicable, Iskra Growth may offer a qualified seller contract target under defined written conditions. This is not a guarantee of closed deals, profit, revenue, assignment fees, or transaction completion. Any qualified seller contract target depends on agreed market, buy box, ad spend, client execution, CRM usage, speed-to-lead, offer activity, and other conditions stated in the client agreement.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Calling and following up with seller leads quickly
- Making reasonable offers when appropriate
- Updating CRM and pipeline statuses
- Maintaining required ad spend
- Providing access and approvals on time
- Using legally reviewed contracts and disclosures
- Following applicable real estate, SMS, calling, advertising, and privacy laws
- Ensuring their own transaction compliance
Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
SMS Terms
